  • How do I book a Yard Card Celebration?
    Please contact us using our booking request form or email us at followthequeenyardcards@gmail.com
  • When is payment due?
    Payment is due at the time of booking. Once we have confirmed your booking request a payment link will be sent to you, payment must be completed within 24 hours. No booking goes on the calendar unless payment has been received.
  • Is there a delivery fee?
    All packages are priced for the Colchester area up to a 10 mile radius. Expanded service area is based on scheduling and driver availability and will be subject to an out of area fee. Please contact us using our booking request form or email us at followthequeenyardcards@gmail.com
  • What is our cancellation policy?
    Things happen, we get it! We will do our best to accommodate changes if they arise. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will be fully refunded. All other cancellations will receive a 50% refund.
  • Do you offer theme packages?
    Yes, our themes options are always changing. Please contact us to find out our current available options.
  • Do you I need to prepare for my Yard Cards celebration?
    Delivery and set up is on or after 7pm the day before your booking. Pick up is 7pm or after on day of booking (depending on rental availability). Surprise greetings for others persons/property require an adult present at set up. Make sure the area can support ground stakes (ie: able to insert, away from underground lines and/or heavy foot traffic etc.) A good watering the day prior will help ensure easy set up. Remember to pause sprinkler systems and landscape services and bring in any pets during set up and pick up times.
  • Does weather affect my yard card booking?
    Follow the Queen Yard card staff do not deliver/set up in inclement weather. A little rain won't stop us, but if conditions become dangerous we will contact you and A rain date option or full refund will be provided. FTQ reserves the right to make decisions due to poor weather conditions for the safety of our staff and equipment.
